The "DEEPAK" hydro-static pressure testing m/c. is used to find out the internal hydro-static pressure of HDPE, R-PVC, C-PVC.
MDPE & LLDPE pipes as per IS, ASTM or equivalent standards.

Plastic pipes are mainly used for transportation of portable water from one place to another place. Hence, these pipes will undergo tremendus pressure by water. To check, whether all these plastic pipes are having quality to withstand pressure, We provide "HYDRO-STATIC PRESSURE TESTING M/C." for this purpose.

FEATURES

			Pressure range upto 70 kg/cm2 or as per requirement.
			Pressure is control by Electro-mechanical contact type pressure guage with analogue adjustment & display of the test pressure.
			Microprocessor based time totalizers are incorporated with long term stations to calculate the actual testing period.
			Pipe failure indicating device is also provided.
			Machine is provided with single, two, three,....up to six stations.
			Provision for master pressure gauge also provided
			Attachment of Microprocessor based digital controller for display of test pressure is available at extra cost.
			Attachment of temperature and pressure recorder is available at extra cost.
